Help Zweeble the incompetent space botanist as he fumbles his way through a puzzling plant-based conundrum! Each time he FAILS he learns a little bit more about the plants he's tending to, so he can make more PROGRESS.

AIM

Figure out the conditions required for the plant to grow (these are randomly selected each time the game is loaded).

There are four "operations" you can perform on the plant:

- Using the gene splicer and combining with a plant.

- Using the fume cupboard and combining with chemicals.

- Using the mutator on either triangle, square, or circle mode.

- Changing temperature using either the oven or the freezer.

"Usage" refers to the way in which you perform this operation, e.g. heating/cooling, or splicing with carrots/sunflowers.

"Order" refers to the order in which the operations were performed.

The game ends either when you figure out which operations to perform with the correct usage in the correct order, or Zweeble runs out of grant funding, which is lost rapidly!

CONTROLS

This game only uses the left and right mouse buttons.

Left-click on an object to walk towards it and interact with any buttons it may have and any items it may store. Right-click to move away from the object.

Click on the yellow-orange pads to place an item.

Click on the buttons to activate the machines. Some of the machines, like the oven and fridge, activate as soon as the plant is placed inside them.
